Az Best/Phenoms welcome Gene Littles and
Jaysie Chambers to their staff of well knowledgeable coaches and
trainers.

Gene
Littles brings over 30 years coaching experience from college to the
professional
level. Gene played college basketball at High Point University,
where he is the all time leading scorer, was an all-American, and
inducted into the university's hall of fame. Gene was drafted by the NY
Knicks in 1969 but opted to play in the ABA for the Carolina Cougars
where he was named to the all-rookie team in 1970. Gene has held
head coaching jobs for the Cleveland Cavs, Charlotte Hornets, and
Denver Nuggets, not to mention, coaching the best of them all Michael
Jordan, while an assistant with the Chicago Bulls. No other club can
boast this kind of talent on their coaching staff in the state of
Arizona. Gene coaches our U12 boys competitive team

Jaysie
Chambers is a 6'2 forward (3/4) originally form Pleasanton
Ca. She played her college basketball at UIC where she was 2-time
honoree of the all-Horizon team and earned all-defensive honors. As a
senior she led the league in rebounding (10.9/game, 11th in
nation!),5th in scoring(14.8), 5th in blocks,7th in assists,&10th
in steals.*She had 18
double-doubles over her college career* 2003-2004: Jaysie was drafted and
signed with Chicago Blaze of the NWBL where she was a teammate of
Tamika Catchings.2004-2005: Playing for Wels Power Basket of the
Austrian League, Jaysie averaged 21pts, 11 rebs, made the
all-star team, and was named MVP runner up of the Austrian League.
2005-2007 Jaysie played with Sporting of Athens, Greece, and
Siemens of Thessonaliki averaging 18pts, 11rebs and named to the
all-star team. Jaysie has recently been invited to tryout with
several WNBA teams. Jaysie currently helps out with training and
